Achieve Beyond is an AUTISM specific program in the Connecticut Birth to Three System.

We are currently looking for PART-TIME/Per Diem Early Intervention Associates (EIA) to carry out IFSP goals using principals and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
<br>
You will be working one on one with children and their families in the natural environment under direct and indirect supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
<br>
Before beginning all EIAs will be required to attend a PAID training designed to provide an introduction to Applied Behavioral Analysis.
<br>

Required Qualifications:
<br>
Bachelors Degree in Education, Human Services, Psychology or other related field.
<br>
Those without a Bachelors Degree will be considered if they have three or more years experience as an Early Intervention Assistant working with the Connecticut Birth to Three System and have completed the CT birth to three Credential training or Parents as Teacher training.
<br>

Preferred Qualifications:
<br>
Experience working with children three years old and younger.
<br>
Bilingual (Spanish speaking a plus).
<br>
Ability to work independently.
<br>
