Infant Teacher/Caregiver position available at NAEYC accredited early care and education program in Norwalk, CT. Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree or higher degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 3 years of teaching/caregiving experience with infants, ages 6 weeks through 12 months, in an early childhood classroom environment. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, a heart for infants and their families, and knowledge of developmentally appropriate goals and skills for infants. Our program is innovative and follows the shared decision-making model of education where everyone involved is a learner and a decision-maker in the operation of the program.
