A thriving Southington day care center seeks a Lead Teacher for our 3 year old program. Lead a team of professionals in a friendly, encouraging atmosphere.

Roles:

* Nurture Children and watch them grow socially, physically and educationally.

* Interact with parents in a positive and supportive manner.

* Supervise and lead assistant teachers.

* Implement our state-of-the-art Curriculum.

Schedule:

* Full time position.

Please have a minimum of a CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. The ideal teacher will possess a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. You should also possess the ability to lead, strong communication skills and be a problem solver as well as a team player.
