ESL teachers are high in demand in Korea due to government initiatives to promote Korea’s English language education. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, for those that are seeking a change of pace or perhaps you’re looking for a new career to explore - you’ll be able to experience Korea’s rich culture while getting paid to help younger students! Please keep in mind that this position requires you to relocate to South Korea!

Requirements

*****When you are on vacation, you have chances to travel around Asian Countries. South Korea is the center.******

Approximate Flight hours:

SEOUL –> TOKYO : 2HOURS

SEOUL –> BEIGING : 3HOURS

SEOUL –> HONGKONG: 3HOURS

Also, TAIWAN, TAILLAND, SINGAPORE, INDONESIA, BALI, GUAM, INDIA, ETC.ETC…… are all in 6-8hour flight.

**General Requirements:

- You must be a native English speaker.

**Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher. All majors are acceptable.

- No experience required

- Education majors, TEFL/TESL/Teaching certified individuals are preferred, but this is not a requirement.

**Job Description

- You’ll be teaching English to South Koreans(young kids ~adults)

- The main areas of focus are: writing and conversational skills.

- You’ll encourage the development of strong oral communication skills.

**Benefits

- Working hours: 22-30 classes (40 to 50 minutes per class) per week (Mon - Fri);

- Overtime pay is $18~ $27 per hour

- Severance pay: 1 month salary for completion of one year contract

- Vacation: approx. 10 days of paid vacation per year, plus national holidays (approx. 17 days)

- Medical insurance coverage and National Pension:(50% covered by employer, National Pension 100% refunded after completion of

1 year contract)

- Renewable one year contract
