Part-time English Teacher needed to finish out school year (Grade - Honors section of 10 students
*Class Meeting times- mornings Monday-Friday (2 hours each day between 8 and 12)

Work on a fun, energetic staff and gain lesson planning and classroom experience with highly motivated boys from Hartford! Great for recent graduates or recently retired and passionate educators.

The mission of Covenant Preparatory School of Hartford is to provide economically disadvantaged, yet motivated, boys in grades 5-8 from the Hartford, CT area with a quality, tuition-free, private school education. Covenant Preparatory School is a part of the Nativity Miguel Network of Schools. Teachers work for a stipend each month and are the engine of the school and provide an amazing example for students who are taught the importance of service to others.

Be a part of changing the direction of a young person’s life. While no teaching experience is required, demonstrated academic achievement and selfless motivation are essential. Experience with children and a strength/background in English is preferred. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to teach, coach, and guide these deserving students.
