Part Time opportunities to work with Elementary and Middle School children in public school settings. Our staff are expected to engage with children providing academic support and running planned games, creative projects and sports along with providing concientious supervision and assuring children’s safety. Programs are FUN and nurturing. We provide a daily snack and involve children in special enrichment activities as well as swimming programs offered at the Norwalk YMCA. Each staff member receives a complimentary Y membership in addition to a competitive wage. Teacher certification, or in process, is preferred (will train right person). Must enjoy working with children,be responsible, have reliable transportation. Hours: 7-9 AM and/or 2:40 (or 3PM) to 6 PM and scheduled school days, Monday through Friday.
