RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Lead Teacher with using the educational curriculum through lesson planning

• Engage children in activities and play that enhance their self-esteem

• Communicate closely with parents and families
<br>
• Keep classroom organized
<br>
• Help out in other classrooms as needed
<br>

Requirements

• Highly organized and flexible; sensitive to children’s needs
<br>
• Prior experience working with young children
<br>
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
<br>
• Flexible and team oriented
