TakeLessons, America’s Largest Music Lessons Company is Now Hiring Talented, motivated instructors to teach private lessons in students’ homes in the Hartford area! Thanks to our recent partnership with Best Buy, TakeLessons instructors will now be advertised in local Best Buy stores in addition to the TakeLessons website!

A TakeLessons Certified Instructor:

• Provides skilled instruction to beginner through advanced students ages 5 and up.
• Chooses their own curriculum and develops lesson plans.
• Sets their own availability!
• Continues teaching their own private students: We are non-exclusive!
• Has at least 1 year of private teaching experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Music related field.
• Teaches on of the following: Piano, Guitar, or Drums.

To Qualify for a Teacher Position, All Applicants:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must teach either Piano, Guitar, or Drums.
• Must be fun, motivated, and professional!
• Must be able to travel to students’ homes — you set the travel radius!
• Have a music performance or education degree, or at least one year of private teaching experience!
