Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have at least one of the following: high school diploma or equivalent or at least 540 hours of documented experience working with unrelated children of the same ages as those to be served by this program.

GENERAL FUNCTION
<br>
Under the direction of the Head Teacher the Child Care Assistant Head Teacher is responsible for providing a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment, where self-concepts are enhanced, independence encouraged, and individuality respected. The Teacher is also responsible for providing a program that fosters children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth.
